Terms of Use

The terms for using Team Perspective.

Last updated November 2026

About these terms

These terms are between you and TEAMPERSPECTIVE LIMITED, registered in Ireland (no. 828644), Hawthorn, Drishane Beg, Killeagh, Co.Cork P36NW44 ("we", "us"), who run Team Perspective at teamperspective.ie. By using Team Perspective you agree to them.

If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Beta service

Team Perspective is currently in beta (trial) mode. It is free to use while we test it with real teams. Features may change or be removed, and we may add charges for some parts later. We will tell you before any charge applies, and you will not be charged for anything without agreeing to it.

Who can use it

  • Team Perspective is built for adult teams. If your team includes anyone under 18, such as a 16 or 17-year-old on a senior panel, the manager who invites them is responsible for making sure a parent or guardian is happy for them to take part.
  • You must be invited by a team manager or approved by us. If you add people to a team, you confirm you are entitled to do so and that they expect to be contacted.
  • You must give accurate details and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

How to use it

Please don't:

  • use Team Perspective unlawfully, or to harass, threaten, discriminate against or defame anyone, including in written comments;
  • try to work out who gave an anonymous answer, or help anyone else to;
  • try to get into accounts, data or parts of the service you are not meant to access, probe or disrupt it, or send automated requests to it;
  • copy, resell or build a competing service from it.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

If you are a manager or team leader

You decide which questions to ask and who takes part, so you are responsible for doing so fairly and lawfully. Use results to understand and improve how your team works. Don't use them to try to identify individuals, and don't treat Team Perspective as a substitute for a proper process where an employment, disciplinary or welfare matter is involved.

Team Perspective is not designed as a human resources tool and doesn't provide advice on any such matter.

Anonymity and your answers

We design the service so that individual answers are not shown to managers, leaders or admins, as described in our Privacy Policy. We can't promise that anonymity will hold in every circumstance. For example, in a very small group, or where someone writes something only they could know, others may be able to guess who said it.

What you write is yours. You give us permission to store it and to use it to show your team its results and to run and improve the service.

Availability

We work to keep Team Perspective running, but it is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and we may pause it for maintenance or changes. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and because the service is currently free, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to €100.

Ending your use

You can stop using Team Perspective at any time and ask us to erase your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We can end or suspend the service, or your access, if you break these terms or if we stop running the service, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you through the platform or by email. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, although this doesn't take away any rights you have as a consumer to use the courts where you live.
